Pretty much safe now. Time for trying out different tactics? Ababio to start?
Online tickets to cut down the queues....

Much better today; probably our best home performance of the season, especially first half. We were probably safe already, but definitely now.

How did the subs if any do?

Jordan Ababio and Louis Collins came on about half-way through the second half - Louis out of position in midfield, Jordan as second striker sort of, but very wide right, where he didn't see much of the ball. Will Moses came on very late.

FT 3-1 Party time - Diver relegated Fartford are also in a rele battle in NLS so could be a Kent double and if Margit survive, Chatham dont win play offs, Ramsgit and Cray PM come up then will almost be like the old Kent League days. Except not the gates of up to 4000 they got in those days!!!

Tom Derry is getting better each game but for me Callum deserves mom today, defenders not recognised enough.Cal might not have finesse but I love his Invicta spirit and his brick wall defending.

How did the subs if any do? The number 15 , Cameron Brodie I think, looked a very useful player.

It was a repeat of last week's game against Cray.
Four in midfield { diamond } all working hard, giving Lewes very little time to settle
Derry again had a formidable game at centre-forward. His partner Smith, might have had at least a couple on another day. He was, however, pulled back blatantly, when in on a one-to-one with their keeper, but was denied by this outrageously inept referee.
Derry helped himself to a couple of goals and led the line excellently throughout. Our recent successes have been down in no little way to the way the players are all working hard for one another.
Sanago is making a habit of long distance strikes for his goals. Another today from a clever pullback from Eddie Allsopp who also played well.
Rance had probably his best game for us today, winning headers and tackles in the holding midfield position he occupied.
Fregene at right back is solid but with lots of ball skill too. Impressive player. Kedman too showed what a skilful attacker he can be, when he does push forward.
So we are grinding out results each week with teams in higher league positions than us, AND showing flashes at times of the football we are capable of.
COYS !!

Tough battling performance starting to gel as a team . Not pretty at times but 3 points. Jordan will need to work on his fitness. But there’s a squad there that can be rotated. Add some academy players you will have a reasonable side . I think the MOM should have gone to the whole team .

I thought there was a noticeable improvement in effort yesterday compared to the last few home games: whether that was down to confidence or freedom from relegation worries or having a better pitch to play on (still a bit bumpy, but at least the grass had been cut), who knows? - perhaps a bit of all those things.
As Garry says, everyone put in a shift and played well. The one I noticed in particular was Rance - I hadn't been too impressed with him before, given the level he usually plays at, but he was excellent yesterday - won so many balls in midfield.

Looking at the video, you wonder what was going on in the ref's head when he thought of overruling the lino on their offside goal; the bloke who is offside might not have touched the ball, but he runs alongside it for a few yards and is obviously interfering with play - travesty just about avoided.

Dunc, perhaps worth mentioning that it's a private group, so you can't view that report without joining it.

Perhaps he was waiting for VAR! I think he just wanted to scare us.
