I'm in this long running offer - pay a certain amount monthly & get shares when the contribution matches price of one share - but totally lost track of:-
1) what the offer was called? 2) when it started (was it pre-CVA? I'm sure I assumed in the CVA that the shares would go down the pan)? 3) the cost per share? (£50?) 4) how it would be governed? 5) if the offer had a finish date? 6) any documentation relating to this shares issue
I think there are still a few of us contributing to this as far as I can tell from various conversations.
If anyone has any answers to the above feel free to contact me, either in reply to this post, or PM. All will come apparent in a few months why I'm asking although I'm sure only of interest to those also contributing.

Without being 100% sure, 1. I think it was/is called "Extra Subs" 2. I think it was post CVA 3. Yes, I think 1 share for every £50 paid in. 4. I have a vague recollection Cliff Egan set it up. Jim Pellatt was administering it, a bit haphazardly, in recent years - have no idea what the situation is now. 5. Don't know. 6. Share certificates from time to time - had to chase them up more than once, as I think you have.
I decided to stop contributing part of the way through this season, because, with Jim Pellatt gone, I have no idea how it is being administered (if it is being administered, which I doubt) or how, if at all, my money is being used. I didn't "resign", I just cancelled the standing order from the bank. I'm not sure anyone has even noticed - I haven't had any correspondence about it from the club, nothing whatsoever.

Just checked: CVA was February 2010. Wow. That's flown by.
