0-1 24 minutes. Easy jinky run past our defence & slides under keeper at an angle.

Well done, Invicta. Certainly makes the league position look a lot healthier doesn't it. š

A very enjoyable watch today from two teams putting on a good show. Rather end to end and quite a few chances. Well done lads to get the win over the line!

Two Quality goals , not quite at it first half . Second half a lot better. Good use of the subs today and fill the holes in midfield which helped see us home. Still think 4-4-2 . Would suit us better. Good win against a decent side. Thought the ref had a good game too .

No classic but an important win, and three valuable points to take us up to just outside the playoffs.
Our two new signings Holness at nine and Regis at six both had good debuts. One scored with a deft header, Holness, and the other Regis, providing the cross for Ibs winner.
Cheshunt had some talented players particularly their number nine, but Callum kept him quiet for most of the afternoon. They gave us some nervous moments at the end when we had to defend deep, Another referee with an eccentric attitude to the rules of the game. Seems every week we have one now.
I am really impressed with Ira at the moment. Looks like a real player again. Disappointed that Jordan did not get any game time. Exciting young player. I do hope we do not fail to nourish his talent. Good crowd again today who seemed to enjoy the game. So COYS! Lets climb that table.
Over to Ireland v New Zealand now.

Big improvement over last Saturday's dire performance - especially in midfield where Chris Regis was impressive. First half was even-ish - they probably shaded it. But second half we dominated for much of it. Excellent cross (Regis) and finish (Ibz) for the winner. Nice to see us not hoofing long balls; let's hope it stays that way. And I can stop thinking that I'm a jinx.

Never get too high and never get too low over football results. I have ignored this sound advice for 41 years . Get in!!!!!

Considering how bad we have been playing we are only a point outside the playoffs! Regis and Holness both very impressive especially Regis who I thought provided good height when we did go long, Overall Midfield to Attack we was good, Defensively we still have our struggles but much better today and good to get 3 points against a side who I thought would give us more trouble then they did.
