A bit late to be replying, but, no, it's not that small, especially for the league they are in. It's actually quite smart, with stands/terraces on all four sides. Capacity is 1,900.
Crowd for the Sittingbourne game was 1,004 - and Sittingbourne won 1-0
And, no, I wasn't there.

Meanwhile the smallest in our league is supposedly Horsham at 1,300 which means they exceeded capacity by roughly 50% twice last season.

Guess there must be some sort of formula for calculating it, probably based on number of seats and area of terracing, but I guess you can always squeeze more in if you want to.
In 1970 me and my dad were two of a crowd of 14,169 when Margate played Spurs in the F.A. Cup third round. Back then Hartsdown would have had a bigger capacity than it has now, because Jim Parmenter hadn't yet demolished half the ground; but, even so, it was probably less than half the number of people who were there. The crowd was standing right up to the lines at the end of the pitch and less than a yard back from the touch lines. Spurs scored 5 of their goals at the far end from where we were standing and I didn't see any of them because, only 13 at the time, all I could see was the backs of the heads of the people in front of me.
