Following the actions of some supporters at our home fixture against Folkestone on Saturday, the club release the following statement.
At our home fixture on Saturday, a flare was thrown onto the pitch. An individual has been contacted in relation to this incident and has been served a 12 month ban from the ground.
The club take matters which can affect the safety of players or the general public very seriously indeed and we have acted accordingly.

Well done Worthing, prompt action and a ban serves a warning to others. There were a few high spirited fans but carrying flares into the ground is somewhat unusual especially when searches of bags were undertaken on our way in....

Nothing about the 10p coin thrown at Tim? Good job they didn't throw it at Alfie, he probably would have got done for bribing an official when he handed the 10 pence over to the ref!!!!!!!!!
