Not sure if it's the right thing posting this on here or not, but here goes. Some of you may be aware that a Matlock Town player (Northern Premier League) player Jordan Sinnott recently died during an altercation in Retford, Nottinghamshire. As a result there has been a movement to collect football shirts for Sport Relief - a sort of coming together of clubs if yo like. More at www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-51311320 , twitter.com/JordanShirts , , etc. I'm up for chipping in to buy one of our club shirts, getting it printed & posted. Anyone else feel the same? If this post isn't appropriate I understand if it's taken down.

Post is totally appropriate as it is constantly on our twitter feed obviously the Shopkeeper would have to be informed you never know would be a nice thing to do.

Anyone else up for this? I'm thinking for a shirt & printing it's ~£40 + £10 + postage. So 10 of us putting a fiver in each covers it. The Shirts for Jordan movement benefits. We get a sense of well being. The club gets a shirt sale. Everyone wins.
Mind you, we need someone to collect any contributions organise it.

Who do I give the shirt to? Who is organising it.? Who is getting the printing done? Who knows where to send it? Who volunteered whom? Who assumed what? Over to you Finnbarr and Joel.

Mr Shopkeeper has a point. Who is driving this? Talk to the man with the shirts. I won an away shirt in the raffle last year but they forgot to tell Mr Shopkeeper. Also, count me in for a fiver if it goes ahead.
