I trust this will prioritise the staff for whom the club is the sole source of income ahead of those who have other jobs/incomes.

Did mine yesterday.
Noticed there was a couple of three figure donations on there but what is very refreshing is over half of the total so far is made up of smaller donations of £5 to £50 showing that there's a lot of individual supporters who care. Tuesday is payday so I don't doubt there will be further donations then. Well done everyone 👏

Some have donated Three Figure Donations.
Thank you to Mr Paul Sieloff who generously donated £500, Mr Neil Cugley donated £105 and Mrs Cugley donated £50, Mr David Lester donated £200 and Mr David Darlow donated £100.
Mr Anonymous donated £100.
A thank you to everyone who donated doesn't matter how small it was during this difficult time I'm sure the club are very thankful.

I notice there is an option to send a bank transfer (ie direct into the account rather than via the GoFundMe page). Is that correct?

Kings Lynn of the national North have raised a similar amount while this morning announcing they’ve signed an England C defender for an undisclosed fee
Understandably their fans, as well as those outside the club, aren’t taking it well.

£2890 now. Quite incredible.
Averaging £46 / donation. In these hard times that's quite a commitment.
Well done everyone.

Onwards to the target...sneaky little move upping it 👍 I think that Go Fund Me does an update automatically as soon as it near the Target.

Victor Meldrew moment here. This is the first time I've used 'GoFundMe'. My eyes popped at the suggested "donation" of 15% to fund the site. If everyone who uses 'GoFundMe' did that, somebody would be making a fortune, and not a small one. I won't say how much I gave them, but it wasn't 15%...

We are only about £900 behind Dover and they have been running for 18 days. Invicta, great club, great supporters.

But theirs includes £1000 From the supp club.

Ours probably includes a fair bit as well, Geoff, but from members as individuals rather than the supporters club per se. There is never a big surplus because much of the money raised is used to support the football club on an ongoing basis. And, of course, with things as they are now, the supporters club income is practically zero.

Really John, thanks for info. I really should get more involved, then I would know about these things!! I was praising the individual efforts in reaching the total without supp club input rather than commenting on lack of it!

Well done Joel, good to keep this going as long as poss.Way I look at it is we’re no longer paying to go thru the turnstiles, either home or away games,no coach trips and not spending on food nor liquid refreshment so a donation to the club coffers seems appropriate whatever one can afford.Appreciate it’s difficult times for the self employed or those don’t qualify as furloughed employees.

I think we've plateaued: £4070. However, a fantastic effort in such a short period of time, with so many people with an uncertain future.
