In this day of football being all about money I was thinking 🤔 that other clubs and American NFL clubs especially have a hall of fame where they celebrate what individuals have done for there club why can’t we do it at Folkestone Invicta the first could be held in the club bar Invicta and the first day 5 people entered into the hall of fame where a wall or plaque could be put to celebrate what they have done for our club since 1991 we could invite these people to a evening of entertainment a decent compare to do the evening a nice meal maybe a auction the ideas are endless ? This could be done every year say 3 more each year it wouldn’t take much to do and would be really nice to honour those who have put so much into our club what does everyone think? I’m going to ask the chairman about this as I think it’s something we as the supporters club could do ? Sorry I’ve not spoken to anyone about this except Richard Murrill to get his thoughts and he thought it was a good idea too!! We will all ague who should go in and maybe leave that up to the chairman? But if we were voting for five mine would be Tom Guiver, Gary Staniforth without these two there would be no Folkestone Invicta Neil Cugley James Dryden and Frank Chappell what do you all think 🤔

Surely Jim Pellatt and Bill hewson come into this area for consideration, or any other very significant directors, contributors etc who have moved the club on or even ensured its survival

I agree with all said but who’s going to be the first five??? It’s hard everyone mentioned deserves to go in John law Geoff in club shop Harry lester mick cork names are endless but who’s to say in years to come they will go in we have to start somewhere to pick first five no ones bigger than the club but it’s going to be a good night when it does happen watch this space as it will happen

It needs to be kicked off by people who have stuck at it through thick and thin. Easy to name a couple of thins but narrowing down the other criteria, now there’s a challenge!!🤪😛

I think you need at least 1 Manager, 1 player, 1 Board Member/Memorable Figure, Then some people who have been through thick and thin.

Agree with all that’s been said I’m going to bring it up at the next committee meeting we have to see if it should be done by us or the club?
